Dental Implant Cost

Dental implants are a worthwhile investment, but you may be concerned about dental insurance coverage and costs.

Many factors affect the price of implants, but Dr. Stephen Malki strives to keep costs low at our Bergen County practice.

During a consultation at Malki Dental in River Edge, NJ, we can inform you about out-of-pocket implant costs and financing options...

Why Pay for Dental Implants?

Dental implants are the most stable and durable restorations available in modern dentistry, so you should consider them a worthy investment to replace missing teeth, restore your smile, and keep you in good oral health. Keep in mind that less expensive solutions like traditional bridges and dentures do not stop jawbone atrophy caused by missing teeth.

Implants Replace Missing Tooth Roots

Implants fuse with the surrounding bone and tissues to provide a more secure anchor for restorations. The team at Malki Dental can explore different cost-saving methods to help make implant surgery as affordable as possible.

I Want an Accurate Quote Do I Need to Schedule a Consultation?

Basically, that there is no set cost for treatment because many factors affect the final price. The treatment process will involve two surgeries to 1) anchor titanium implants into your jawbone and 2) attach abutments to the implants. The number of dental implants that are placed will be a price factor. In addition, the type of restoration that will eventually be attached to the abutments will add additional costs as well. We also want to consider if there is insurance coverage for any portion of treatment. To get the answer we need to these questions, patients will need to come in for a consultation so we can provide a price quote that is accurate.

Dr. Malki's Commitment to Low Pricing Making Your Procedure More Affordable

Dr. Stephen Malki is a well-regarded dental professional who knows that out-of-pocket fees for implant surgery and tooth restorations can be cost prohibitive to many patients, preventing them from restoring their oral health and smile. Insurance rarely covers implant surgery and may only partially cover restorations, which is why Dr. Malki and our team will do everything we can to make treatment costs easier on our patients' budgets.

We employ a diverse team of dental professionals at our practice so we can offer you the full scope of dental implant treatment in one location. This saves you from being referred to a specialist who might charge more.

The rave reviews of Dr. Malki's staff and facilities are well deserved, but his skills don't get enough recognition. I'm a diabetic, Dr. Maliki performed an all on 4 implant procedure on my lower jaw and it was virtually pain free. Dr. Malkin is simple the best.

Provider Experience Does It Affect the Cost of Your Procedure?

Does a more experienced dentist like Dr. Malki charge more than a less experienced one? It's possible, but for good reasons.
An inexperienced, less expensive dentist who's just starting out could make costly errors, requiring you to undergo expensive corrective surgeries.
Because Dr. Malki has over 20 years of top-level experience and education, it can ensure your treatment is completed correctly the first time. He is also affiliated with the American Board of Oral Implantology, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and the Misch International Implant Institute.
Dr. Malki also has years of experience using the latest dental techniques and technologies that newer, less well-equipped practices may not offer.
To ensure the best oral health results, choosing an extensively-trained implant dentist such as Dr. Malki should always take priority over a desire to save money.

Other Cost Factors

After meeting with you for a consultation and examination, Dr. Malki can discuss how the following factors affect your dental implant costs and treatment timeline:

  • Preliminary Procedures
A bone graft can restore lost bone tissue, which is needed to stabilize your dental implants; a sinus lift can raise the membrane and add bone tissue to improve your candidacy for treatment.

  • Periodontal Care
Any necessary non-surgical treatments can be performed to address issues such as gum disease prior to implant surgery.

  • Teeth Removal
Extraction of severely decayed or damaged teeth may be required prior to treatment.

  • Number of Implants and Restorations
All-on-4® treatment only uses four implants with four implant-supported dentures. If you need several implants and restorations, the procedure cost will be higher.

  • Sedation
Your comfort is of the utmost concern to us so we offer local numbing anesthetic, as well as relaxing sedation dentistry, which is administered by a licensed anesthesiologist. Sedation will add additional costs to your treatment.
